Katie joined Hawk
Eye News as the first ever Jr. High reporter her 7th grade
year. While it is difficult enough to read and present
yourself on camera as a high school student, Katie had
already mastered this task as a 7th grader. Katie moved into
another new segment created just for her in “What’s New at
the W.C” (West Campus) her freshman year. She then moved on
to field reporting her sophomore year, and filled in as
Co-Anchor when needed. Katie is involved in many school
activities and is a Cheerleader and a class representative
for HADDIT. Katie returns as Lead Anchor for her final year
on Hawk Eye News. When Katie graduates she will have had the
longest tenure of any Hawk Eye News team member.
