Spring Break Quick Tip – Bicycle Safety Starts with You!

Require that your child wear a helmet that complies with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. It should fit snugly and sit flat on the head. Provide a bicycle that is the correct size. Rider should be able to stand over the top tube of the bike. Read more to Learn more!

Red Oak ISD Kindergarten Roundup!!
March 13th, 2010

Red Oak ISD will hold Kindergarten Roundup on March 30, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at all ROISD elementary campuses. Pre-Kindergarten Roundup will be available at Wooden Elementary and Red Oak Elementary. Bilingual Pre-K Roundup will be available at Wooden Elementary.

Doc Brown Honors Red Oak High School Teacher Mr. Melvin Hall

The winner is the person (youth or adult) who is willing to go through the challenges of achieving excellence. Remember that excellence is not something you achieve all at once. Red Oak ISD Education Foundation Prize Parade Photos EXCLUSIVE!!

new4a.gifThe Red Oak ISD Education Foundation Prize Parade visited each campus to award $40,066.81 in grants to 38 teachers and staff!

The Education Foundation received 37 grants requesting over $120,000.00 this year. The Grant Committee spent a great deal of time reading and discussing all applications before deciding which grants to fund.

A special thank you to our great band students and cheerleaders who accompanied the Prize Parade to help present the checks in grand style! Highlight Video COMING SOON!
